Hydrim C51wd Washer Disinfector
Effective sterilisation begins with the Hydrim C51wd washer disinfector which automatically washes, rinses, disinfects and dries dental instruments, simply by pressing the icons on the touch screen.
The Hydrim process begins with a powerful pre-wash cycle. Then two independent, high-pressure sprays clean the instrument load from above and below removing virtually all organic debris. Cleaning solution is dispensed automatically and clean water is used with every new cycle. Independent tests show the Hydrim to have a protein removal efficacy of 99.9 – 100 per cent.
Integrating mechanical washing into the practice decontamination protocol provides a high level of safety, particularly against the risk of skin puncture injuries which occur during the hand washing, rinsing and patting dry of contaminated instruments. Hydrim eliminates the soaking, scrubbing and rinsing associated with traditional pre-sterilisation processes. Disinfection at 80°C for ten minutes following the washing phase renders the instruments safer to handle.
