Planmeca ProSensor sets new standards for intraoral imaging in dental practice. It is a unique combination of high-end patient-centred design, usability, and durability, ensuring smooth workflow and patient safety in all treatment situations.

Planmeca ProSensor is available in three sizes, all identified with a clear symbol on the magnetic connector. The sensor design with rounded edges significantly improves patient comfort.

Sensor with high durability

• The sensor is available in three sizes.
• The robust sensor cable is strengthened with Kevlar,
  and inside the cable there is only two wires.
• The active imaging area of the sensor extends to the
  whole surface for maximised imaging performance.
• The sensor can be fully immersed in disinfectant for effective infection control and prevention.

Interface box with LED light

• Interface box features LED light of which different colours indicate the state of the sensor system.
• The lights guide the user through the imaging procedure ensuring successful image acquisition and better image quality.
• The distinguished design of the interface box follows the internationally recognised design of Planmeca's products.

Intelligent magnetic connector

• All three sensor sizes are connected to a single interface box with a magnetic connector, a new application in dental market.
• The magnetic connector allows easy connection and convenient one-hand operation ensuring the sensor is always correctly inserted.
• In case the X-ray source or the patient moves drastically, the connection is instantly interrupted to eliminate the risk of hurting the patient.

Planmeca ProSensor is delivered with the Planmeca Romexis software.

• Planmeca Romexis is suitable for capturing, viewing, and processing intraoral images, offering a wide selection of tools for image processing.
• The software displays all patient images in a single interface.
