Former Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore Senior Consultant, National University Health System, Singapore Former President, World Federation for Laser Dentistry (WFLD) Chairman, Asia Pacific Division, WFLD.

Graduated in 1972 and worked more than 35 years in National University of Singapore as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Started laser applications since 1986, and was involved in WFLD since its inception in 1988.
