Dr Karl-Ludwig Ackermann

Karl-Ludwig Ackermann is a specialist in oral surgery. He currently operates a joint private practice in Filderstadt/Germany with Dr. Axel Kirsch. Since 1980 his clinical and research work has focused on implantology. He is a boardmember of the DGI (German Society of Implantology) and the DGZMK (German Society of Dental, Oral and Craniomandibular Sciences) and a specialist in periodontics of the European Dental Association (EDA).

He holds a teaching post at the German Academy of Practice and Science (APW), is a visiting lecturer at several German universities, since 2004 guest professor at the Nippon Dental University Niigata/Japan and since May 2005 guest lecturer at the Steinbeis University Berlin. He has published multiple publications in all fields of the specialisations mentioned above.
