Dr Yasukazu Miyamoto

Yasukazu Miyamoto graduated from Asahi University School of Dentistry in 1983. After graduation, he studied clinical periodontics and implantology in the Japan Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He has been an instructor of periodontology and implantology at that institute since 1990. Since 2007 he has been a visiting professor of Asahi University. He became the director of the Japan Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in 2009. He is also a vice-president of the Japanese Academy of Clinical Periodontology. Since 1986 he has maintained a private practice in downtown Kyoto dedicated to periodontics
and implants.
